Steph Curry can’t stop breaking records. On Friday, he set a new NBA record as the fastest player to hit 150 three-point shots in a season.

Before long, the question won’t be how many records Steph Curry owns. It’ll be how many he doesn’t.

The Warriors star set a new mark on Friday as Golden State beat the Celtics. He is now the fastest payer in NBA history to sink 150 three-pointers in a season.

Steph Curry hit 150 three-pointers faster than anyone before him

Curry did it in just 28 games.

Last year, Curry had 140 three-pointers through 28 games of action. He hit 150 in his 30th appearance.

Curry’s 150th three-pointer of the season came during the Warriors’ 111-107 victory. He hit 5-of-14 three-point attempts while racking up 30 points to lead all scorers. He added five rebounds, four assists and a steal, though his six turnovers were also the most in the game.

Curry has already established himself as one of the greatest shooters to ever play the game. The records will continue to fall with him shooting at such a high level. His task now is to put his records out of reach of others who come down the line. Considering the fact that he passed Ray Allen’s three-point mark at just 33 years old, he’s got time to continue pulling away.

There are other three-point records still up for the taking though. Curry ranks No. 7 in three-point field goal percentage. Steve Kerr holds that mark at 45.4 percent.
